Pet Friendly Apartments

Finding a pet friendly apartment can be tough. Here at Waterstone Media Center we certainly understand how important it is to have our companions by our sides. That's why our Media District Burbank apartments offer a pet friendly community. We love your pets almost as much as you do.

Not only will your pet find a cozy place to call home, they'll also be able to take advantage of many of the great amenities within and around our community. Although we love your pets, all animals must be pre-approved, be house trained and have a recent veterinarian statement of good health.

Pet Policy:

• Dogs and cats are accepted.
• No more than 2 pets per apartment.
• Weight limit is 50 pounds fully grown.
• $50.00 per pet, monthly pet rent.
• Additional deposit is $500 per pet.
